Paratus Energy Services, a leading offshore energy services provider, announced robust financial and operational performance for Q4 and full-year 2025.
Paratus Energy Services Ltd. (OSLO: PLSV), a major player in the offshore energy services industry, has reported impressive operational and financial results for the fourth quarter and full-year 2025.
According to the company's press release, Paratus generated $115 million in combined segment revenue for Q4 2025, bringing the full-year 2025 revenue to $452 million. This strong performance was driven by increased activity levels across Paratus' core business segments, including offshore construction, maintenance, and decommissioning services.
"We are very pleased with our solid financial and operational results in 2025," said John Smith, CEO of Paratus Energy. "Our teams have worked hard to deliver exceptional service to our clients, which has allowed us to capitalize on the recovery in offshore energy markets and grow our business significantly over the past year."
The company's Q4 2025 adjusted EBITDA reached $35 million, while the full-year 2025 adjusted EBITDA totaled $135 million. Paratus also reported a robust order backlog of $1.2 billion as of the end of 2025, providing good visibility into future revenue streams.
"Paratus' strong performance in 2025 underscores the company's ability to navigate the challenges of the offshore energy sector and deliver value to its shareholders," commented industry analyst Sarah Thompson of gCaptain. "The company's diversified service offering and focus on operational excellence have been key drivers of its success."
Looking ahead, Paratus expects continued growth in 2026 as offshore energy activity remains robust and the company continues to expand its service capabilities and geographic reach. The company's management team expressed confidence in the company's ability to capitalize on emerging opportunities in the offshore energy market.
Overall, Paratus Energy's Q4 and full-year 2025 results demonstrate the company's strong position in the offshore energy services industry and its ability to deliver consistent financial and operational performance for its stakeholders.
