According to the press release, the community solar project is expected to power 388 homes once completed. The project will utilize PowerBank's expertise in developing renewable energy assets on underutilized land, in this case repurposing a closed landfill site. 'Developing renewable energy projects on closed landfills is a great way to maximize the use of available land and provide clean, affordable power to local communities,' said PowerBank CEO Jane Doe.
