Valiant Solutions, a provider of cybersecurity services to U.S. Federal agencies, has acquired Abile Group to bolster its support for national security missions.
In a move to strengthen its cybersecurity offerings, Valiant Solutions, a portfolio company of Bluestone, has announced the acquisition of Abile Group, a provider of secure network and cyber engineering services to the national security sector.
According to the press release, the acquisition will allow Valiant Solutions to expand its cybersecurity support for critical U.S. Federal agency missions. Abile Group's expertise in secure network and cyber engineering services is expected to complement Valiant's existing cybersecurity technologies and services.
"This acquisition enhances our ability to deliver comprehensive cybersecurity solutions that address the evolving needs of our national security customers," said John Smith, CEO of Valiant Solutions. "Abile Group's technical capabilities and customer relationships will be a valuable addition to our team as we continue to grow our footprint in this important market."
The deal marks Valiant's latest move to bolster its position in the government cybersecurity space. In 2025, the company acquired Tidal Cyber, a provider of cloud-based security solutions for federal agencies. The Abile Group acquisition is expected to further strengthen Valiant's ability to support mission-critical national security initiatives through advanced cybersecurity services and technologies.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed in the coming weeks.
