The system replaces traditional physical seals with a digital monitoring platform that logs every access event on a trailer. The TrailerHawk.AI system provides real-time alerts and verification capabilities for any trailer brand, giving shippers and carriers enhanced visibility and control over their cargo. 'Cargo theft continues to be a major challenge for the maritime and logistics industries, costing billions each year,' said Brent Yeagy, President and CEO of Wabash. 'Our new Cargo Assurance solution gives our customers a powerful tool to deter theft and ensure the safe delivery of their goods.' According to FreightWaves, the TrailerHawk.AI platform leverages advanced sensors and analytics to detect unauthorized access attempts. Alerts are sent immediately to fleet managers, who can then verify the event and take appropriate action. The system is compatible with all trailer types, allowing shippers to deploy the security solution across their entire fleet.
