Texas-based sportswear retailer TYLER'S signs lease for 16,653 sq ft at Firefly Park's 18-story residential tower in Frisco, Texas.
Wilks Development has announced that Texas-based sportswear retailer TYLER'S has signed a lease for 16,653 square feet at the company's Firefly Park development in Frisco, Texas. TYLER'S will be the first retail tenant to anchor Firefly Park's 18-story residential tower, which is slated to open in Fall 2027.
According to the press release, Firefly Park is a mixed-use development that will include residential, retail, and commercial spaces. The addition of TYLER'S as the project's first retail tenant is an important milestone, as it signals growing interest from major brands in the development.
'We're thrilled to welcome TYLER'S as the first retail tenant at Firefly Park,' said John Wilks, CEO of Wilks Development. 'Their commitment to the project underscores the strong demand we're seeing for premier retail and lifestyle offerings in this dynamic region.'
The Firefly Park development is located in the rapidly growing city of Frisco, which has become a hub for corporate relocations and expansions in recent years. The project's mix of residential, retail, and commercial components is designed to capitalize on the city's economic momentum and attract both businesses and residents to the area.
As the maritime industry continues to monitor trends in commercial real estate and urban development, the Firefly Park project represents an interesting case study in how major mixed-use developments are taking shape in key logistics and transportation hubs across the United States.
