The Board of Directors is the decision-making organ for general matters and meets several times a year. The Board of Directors is organized by a total of thirty-seven directors who are elected from the pilots serving in all the pilotage districts throughout the country. The Board of Directors not only issues necessary orders for executing pilotage services in accordance with the policies decided in the Assembly but also makes various decisions on matters not requiring voting in the Assembly.
