Machine Support has provided for over 10 years an alignment service for the marine and industrial market and has obtained the ISO 9001 quality control certificate. Machine Support sells or installs various types of chocking products like Vibracon® SM universal adjustable elements, Steelshim® shims or Epocast 36® pourable chocking compound. A favourite method used by Machine Support is the Vibracon® SM universal adjustable chock that features a spherical steel upper face, capable of accommodating deviations of up to 4° between bed plate and the steel foot, and height adjustment. This ensures that the load is distributed evenly over all surfaces. The elements are approved by the major marine classification societies and machinery manufacturers.
