Isoloader operates with a core staff of under 20 people and outsources (non-proprietary assemblies) from selected quality assured component manufacturers and draftspeople. Isoloader Australia are development and manufacturing engineers in heavy lift off-road (not for highway use) plant and equipment. While the principal products manufactured include straddle carriers, rubber-tyred gantries and specialised reach stackers, the company offers special purpose solutions to the customers with the unusual heavy lift problem. Isoloader also offers customers an analytical logistics service. The Isoloader product line was developed in the 1980's to be useful for customers handling small to medium throughputs of containers. It was recognised that the total affordable cost for the owner is actually measured by equipment availability (productivity time) as well as initial and service costs.
