When Captain A.N. Petersen came ashore in 1920 and founded the company bearing his name, he was regarded as a forerunner. His skill and diligence formed the background upon which the company was built and prospered. He was also able to create a unique company spirit, of which we are proud. Captain A.N. Petersen then became a wholly independent competitive shipbrokering company enjoying the experience of the past, progressive ideas of the present, and belief in the future.
